Pros
Most of my coworkers were great
Pretty good benefits
Cons
Upper management are habitual line pushers with the union, often a new rule would crop up if they found a loophole in the contract to punish employees
Rules changed often and it was also common to hear contradictory info as management often pushed these rules last minute on supervisors to inform teams
Constant overtime due to constant MTG set releases
If you miss a day of work, you are not eligible for overtime pay that week, which leads the company to ask for overtime for holidays using the excuse of downtime in order to work the workers more without having to pay them fairly
Lowest retention rate I've ever seen at a company, I worked there for 1 year and 11 months and my team fully rotated almost 4 times
Upper management is blatantly anti-union to a frankly cartoonish degree
