Because they knew full well that they would come unstuck and dismissed. The system of the sickness policy is that, your sickness is looked at by are there any parttens Ie Going sick on a Friday or a Monday Pay week Bank holiday times School holidays Football season ect And it’s the ones who stay have been dealing with the flack.
