Pros

The people are nice, but the longer you stay, the more warped everyone becomes.

Cons

Extremely high turnover and heavy workloads were common during my time there. It begins to feel meaningless, especially because the company still operates with a startup-like structure. Processes and organization are highly disorganized. Management style can feel micromanaged at times, and communication and decision-making from leadership can feel irrational. There is limited HR support and room for improvement in workplace culture and diversity. This role is challenging, especially for someone early in their career.

Pros

Cardinal Education has a strong, hardworking culture where everyone is driven and committed to excellence. I’ve found countless opportunities to take on projects that align with my interests and push me to grow new skills. Advancement is both possible and encouraged, and leadership ensures that motivated individuals are given room to excel. What makes the work most rewarding is that there are always meaningful challenges to solve. Each project stretches your thinking and helps you develop both personally and professionally.

Cons

The pace and expectations can be demanding at times, so it’s important to be prepared for a fast-moving environment. There are also seasons with long hours. However, this also means you’re constantly learning and improving.
