Pros

Cardinal Group has an unmatched culture in student housing. From top to bottom each team member is a valued asset and truly a part of a growing family. The clients we serve are also the best in the business. This relationship promotes a healthy work life balance, with the ability to accomplish great taks at the best properties in the industry. I would recommend anyone in student housing to work for Cardinal if they are top talent, because that is all Cardinal has.

Cons

There really should not be a cons list, but to not be bias I will leave one. The headquarters is in Denver and if you are lucky enough to join the family you will get to go to leadership conference once a year. I hate the high altitude and wish that leadership conference was rotated to different cities on a year to year basis. So if AOB reads this please start planning one on the Las Vegas strip. Since Cardinal is the best I am sure he could find a way to make that happen.

Amazing company and amazing people I have had the pleasure of meeting this is my dream career and I am so happy to be apart of Cardinal i started as a leasing agent and worked my way up and it was very rewarding.

Cons

None honestly please know you will have to work hard of course but it’s definitely worth it.

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
