Cardinal is deceptive and dishonest - Maintiance Technician Cardinal Group Companies Employee Review

The pay at Cardinal is in no way competitive with other businesses in town and is not reasonable considering the job you are asked to do. This is despite the incredibly high rent prices that they charge residents. The company's number one core value is do the right thing always, but this is rarely seen in practice. The leases and polies are predatory towards residents and fail to see residents as fellow human beings. This makes you feel like a bad person just for doing your day-to-day job. Upper management has no respect for frontline employees and will tell you to work weekends with less than a week's notice. Hardwork does not pay off at this company and employee appreciation is nonexistent. The "Appreciation" week they hold every year seems more like a way for corporate to tell part time employees that they do not value them. Overall, this company treats people poorly and is incredibly greedy. I recommend staying away.
