      good benefits. lost of visits from corporate.

      Cons

      Onboarded with this company though a takeover. The company is in my opinion results driven. They try to offer general support but it was never tailored for your specific property. they operated with the mindset that worked somewhere else so it HAS to work for your location too, and that was not the case.

      I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

      Cons

      Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

      - Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

      Cons

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
