      Pros

      The culture is really, truly there and it trickles down from the top. Everyone really does seem to practice what they preach. It feels like an inclusive family all with the same drive, goals, and core values.

      Cons

      We are continuing to grow - and FAST! With growth comes areas for improved efficiencies and effective collaboration and I think that is still just being figured out.

Agreed that with the growth of an organization comes a need for further efficiency improvement. I am hoping that you are able to see and feel the vertical integration and tech growth that is happening in order to achieve this, but without team members like you who raise their voices, we would not be able to be better than yesterday.       I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

      Cons

      Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

      - Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

      Cons

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
