Pros

No company is perfect but Cardinal is dang near close! I truly believe the majority of people at Cardinal believe in the mission and the core values and actively work to achieve those daily. As a company, Cardinal strives daily to have a successful business and gives its employees an ideal work environment.

Cons

Cardinal's biggest pain point, in my opinion, is not always hiring the best person for the position/not giving equal opportunity to everyone to see who is best for a given position. While a lot of companies are referral based, it sometimes feels that at Cardinal, those "referrals" are given priority regardless of background and expertise.

You make a great point in that mission-driven people, jointly yoked can do anything anywhere any time and in any situation. Like all places though, engaging for future success in roles and new business is never cut and dry. Regardless, living the core values and using your voice like you've done hear is the tried and true path to long term success. Always speak up and always be present. Clap for those around you until it's your turn to be clapped for and I can all but guarantee you a meaningful career here at Cardinal.

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
