3rd party management can be very tricky. So you are aware, each budget is pre-loaded with payroll that is consistent in the market. This of course doesn't always mean that it feels that way for the people like you who bring all you have to the role each day. - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
