Working for Cardinal going on 3 years and I have no cons at this time.

Cardinal group as a whole is a great company. They have great recruiters who are amazing at their role. The pay is pretty good and offers nice apartment homes across the board.

I have had the pleasure of experiencing rudeness from mangement, poor training and being looked down upon from both supervisors and subordinates and somewhat discrimination/harassment. I went to HR and it was joke. I will say that if you're a male, just be aware. *Poor management *Poor training *Communication
