Pros

Benefits - nothing else really

Cons

There's no better way to describe the enterprise marketing team than an echo chamber. The new leadership will do everything it takes to take credit from you, belittle you, and throw you under the curb. Employee morale? Productivity? Work life balance? All out the window. To add to that, they will also kiss up to the older leadership (who are extremely territorial and clueless) and make sure you're chastised and outcast if you dare point out gaping holes in the process and/or propose improvements. Compound that with the partners/stakeholders on the business side being absolutely unaware of all the dysfunction in the enterprise team, and you've got a job that keeps your anxiety at an all time high. The employee turnover in the past 6 months is a testament to all the above. The good thing is what's left is a very toxic echo chamber. You want to nod along and kiss up? You'll fit right in.

Pros

- Good benefits - Easy training - They strive to understand how to get someone to their fullest potential

Cons

- No concrete track for promotion, to the point that it seemed impossible - They will not listen to their workers - Management on-site and higher up are very lazy - They will expect you to do the work that they schedule, even if it is impossible to complete - From the perspective of my role in quality control, it seemed impossible to make management, and also production in general, understand the time it takes for certain procedures and tests to be completed and reviewed. - Our entire site is getting shut down, and they are just now ramping up production to meet quotas and schedules. While, at the same time, keeping our severance estimations as vague as possible. - Low to no incentivization for anything
