Pros

Good office space, Cab facility

Cons

The management of India Management is terrible, and the company lacks a focus on its employees. Despite its reputation as a product company, India Management operates more like a service-based company. Employees have no say in the company's policies, and when they raise issues, the India head responds with a meaningless philosophical lecture. There is no work-life balance, and the company has no clear goals. India Management wastes money on contractors and has poor HR policies. The company enforces unrealistic timelines and places too much trust in its TA team to manage company policies. The pay scale is terrible, and there are no opportunities for promotion. Tech leaders are subject to politics, and the company does not hire new graduates. The MCC team conducts mental health checks frequently to give the impression of caring for employee well-being, but the insurance policy and PF contribution are both inadequate. It's best to seek employment elsewhere, in a service-based company or a startup, rather than remain at India Management and hinder your career.

Pros

- Good benefits - Easy training - They strive to understand how to get someone to their fullest potential

Cons

- No concrete track for promotion, to the point that it seemed impossible - They will not listen to their workers - Management on-site and higher up are very lazy - They will expect you to do the work that they schedule, even if it is impossible to complete - From the perspective of my role in quality control, it seemed impossible to make management, and also production in general, understand the time it takes for certain procedures and tests to be completed and reviewed. - Our entire site is getting shut down, and they are just now ramping up production to meet quotas and schedules. While, at the same time, keeping our severance estimations as vague as possible. - Low to no incentivization for anything
