Pros
-loved my position and enjoyed team involvement -overall very engaging and professional people -opportunities for advancement -good pay and benefits package -opportunities to network with internal and external professionals
Cons
-many "clicks" and exclusion of those who are not with certain social groups (across departments) -little management training/accountability -management untrustworthy -many situations where "thrown under the bus" and it's management's word over others even when they are wrong -culture and values vary across departments
