Lack of actual management and clear guidelines. If you've never worked at an actual company don't start with this one. Or at least know the practices here are some that you'd never repeat elsewhere. Also previous management that was there and of sane mind has went on to greener pastures, so I can't recommend the place with good conscious. The place changes ownership a lot, but you can tell if a new recruiter website is of the same origin if it looks fake and has heavy AI word choice, and uses no actual picture of employees but digital renditions of people.
