      Pros

      Fair salary for the area. Family oriented. Halloween costume contest each year. Good work/life balance. Paid holidays and vacation. Health insurance offered. Well organized company.

      Cons

      Health insurance options were meager and fairly expensive. Most of the executive positions were filled by family members which can, at times, be a difficult thing.
