Pros

- Team culture within centre is good. - There is structure and good processes in place.

Cons

Salary is not as competitive as they claim. The salary is not justifiable for the amount of workload. Management will only develop the staff that they like. For the rest of the staff, the growth and development is quite stagnant. The amount of workload pushed to the ground staff is also too much, too soon.
