The only pro I can honestly share is that I no longer work there.

Cons

Poor communication from leadership Toxic work culture with favoritism and bias Unaddressed racism and a lack of diversity awareness Inexperienced, ego-driven individuals in leadership roles No real support for frontline staff Disorganized structure and unclear expectations Low pay compared to industry standards High turnover and constant instability Lack of accountability at all levels No investment in staff development
