      Dont pay enough A lot of turn over Always short Didn’t pay for training new hires Had to do other people’s jobs including my own No holiday paid you have to use your own PTO and if you don’t you go negative

      Good benefits, nice people, and the pay is decent.

      no 12 hour shifts, only 8 hours.

      Sign on bonus was great but after the first year…not so much!

      Salaried rate equal or less than direct reports. Enough said?
