      They are very flexible in term of time, you can schedule your shifts.

      Low salary, I think the company does not have any benefits to offer to their staff.

      Pros

      They really worked with thier employees. Raises were given liberally. Residents were prime concern. This was an assisted living company. The CEO had a very open door policy. I really took pride in my work there because I wanted to impress the boss.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work was overwhelming. I took over 3 positions at once and should have asked for more employee help.

      Having a client that you take care of and being able to get to know them personally and professionally.

      Having the client have to leave due to complications in their health.
