-Micro-management is rampant
-Toxic, tyrannical managers
-They constantly pit employees against each other (hunger games)
-They are dependent on outdated technological
-Your onboarding "training" is really lacking. If so many are unsuccessful in the role you would think they would revamp the training, but instead, they blame the new hire.
-High health insurance premiums
-Very little vacations days
-Job insecurity is constant
