The hard working employees on my team I thought were undervalued and not rewarded enough at all by the company. They deserved much better! Not that the company was overall negligent in per se. However, pay definitely should have been higher!! They do complex work that should be paid higher instead of minimum wage.
The other big issue with the company is the very high turnover in leadership at all levels. Great Supervisors and Managers had been driven out due to negative politics and not be able to effect positive changes due to bureaucracy. A real shame as many of those leaders were some of the most sincere servant leaders I had ever worked with in any company!
