Very big company with multiple teams so you learn the corporate communication skills. You can work on big software products enhancing your exposure and skills. Cons
Very much restrictive environment with foolish type of restrictions like no food from your home allowed. No holidays apart from Sunday, not even public Holidays. 2 leaves per month allowed but when you take a leave it directly effects your remuneration/bonus. Salary increments are rare and when given very little. You are only appreciated if you work overtime, always available and take no leaves, regardless of your work quality.
