      Great health benefits, very innovative, room for growth, competitive salaries, nice bonus structure, flexible schedule, telecommuting opportunity, driven group of employees

      Cons

      Very political. Upper management does not listen often enough to the employees suggestions on program improvements. Very sales oriented for even nurse roles

      I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

      I genuinely don't have anything negative to say at this moment.

      Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
