Lack of financial planning and forecasting often drives the owners (husband and wife) to make rash and impulsive decisions. Ownership contributes to poor people practices causing very distinct silos. Decisions based on finances cause ownership to make cuts in administration (such as reception) leading to unrealistic workflow.
