      Pros

      Overtime always available Pay for gas mileage In home health care or you can be sent to various nursing homes an assisted living Friendly an understanding bosses Get paid every Friday Can make your own schedule

      Cons

      Have to always call in from company's phone or resident's phone in order to get paid for your hours. You click out the dame way too. Sometimes the system makes mistakes an then you don't get paid for your hours.

      Pros

      CareOne has awesome therapists (IT-PT-ST), maintenance is always on time if anything needs fixing, the kitchen does a great job trying to accommodate the residents wants and likes, CareOne has great managers, and I have to give credit to the hard working CNAs

      Cons

      I would say that education is needed and it’s always good

      Pros

      Great therapists, spacious and well equipped gym, supportive team, fairly steady census.

      Cons

      Constantly having to make excuses for behavior of overworked and burned-out nursing staff, especially to clinically complex patients whose needs exceed the abilities of staff.
