Pros
They are located in Colorado if you're into that sort of thing.
Cons
Signed a contract in December, moved to the area for the job, took three months to get credentialed. Gave up multiple opportunities to work elsewhere because I had signed a contract and made a commitment to Carepoint. The day before the start date they emailed me to tell me I'd be delayed by a month. Again a day before the next start date the informed me that I would be delayed by two weeks. Then they told me that they were going to cancel my contract, the one I had signed 4.5 months prior and force me to sign a new contract, one that had zero benefits and no change in pay despite the fact that they were already going to pay me only $40/hr, but had justified that low rate because they are "benefit heavy". I finally started and then they "furloughed" me after only three weeks, despite the fact that census numbers had returned to normal. I never heard from them again for three months, and then they finally contacted me to let me know they were cancelling my contract. I was out of work for a total of 9 months despite having signed a contract back in December. I lost thousands of dollars in moving expenses and tens of thousands in lost income because unlike them when I make a commitment I stick to it. These people have no heart, no integrity, and care about nothing but the bottom line. Good luck.
