Local laboratory leadership team is top notch in terms of establishing a welcoming culture, making employees feel heard, & making important accommodations for their employees
Cons
Once you step out & above local leadership, it becomes apparent that the executive leadership team is undeniably AWOL, potentially scrapping the health system for parts, & does not make any type of concerted effort to communicate with their employees on important developments. Every day is spent wondering if we're going to get another bombshell email from Dr. Moulik about how everyone has been laid off.
