Pros
The job in itself is incredible. Overall, I learned so many new skills and knowledge in recruiting. Boss was very understanding and always listened to our concerns. Co-workers were kind and helpful. Employees that worked for me were nice people as were all of my clients.
Cons
It is an on-call job, and you are working 24/7. It's very life consuming especially if you have little babies, you will have no time for yourself or family. Unfortunately, employees and clients will call you anywhere from 6am till midnight for any reason at all. There is not much room for growth at all since it is not a big company.
