Pros
I worked for CTC over four years. The management of the company was always willing to go above and beyond to help me with every situation that came up regarding my employment.
Not only were they helpful, I was able to make friends and was treated as though I had worked for the company much longer than I had.
Shortly after being hired I had a health issue come up. Normally I would have expected to be laid off, but they not only kept me employed they did everything possible to ensure I was paid as much as possible given the circumstances. Well above and beyond the norm.
The only reason I don't work for CTC is because the contracting company for my place of employment changed.
I would give CTC the strongest recommendation. If you want to work for a company that will treat you like family accept employment with CTC.
