      Autonomy to manage own workload & variety of meeting employers across all industries. Rewarding job to be able to assist military service leavers into civillian employment

      Cons

      Under funded - so changes and improvements are difficult to implement. Not always able to see fruits of your labour, difficulties with engaging service leavers and managing expectations of employers.
