Careerlink is an incredible organisation. I have constantly felt supported and inspired by the leadership team and specifically working alongside an amazing female Managing Director, Anna. There is strong alignment between the company mission and practices / output, with a strong emphasis on quality both in relation to delivery of services and in relation to people (internal staff, candidates, and clients alike). A true people-first organisation, I have felt empowered by Careerlink not only through personal and professional development and individualised support, but through the implementation of processes, operating principles, and procedures to enable full potential and growth. I have been presented with ample opportunities for career growth, and guided and supported by Anna and the team every step of the way. The collaborative nature of the team and exceptional company culture makes me excited to come to work every day, and I look forward to all that is yet to come, particularly through this period of growth for the company and the incredible team I get to work alongside every day!!

NA - there are no cons

Incredible career support - I am constantly given the opportunity to develop myself, and not towards a typical career ladder, but in areas I personally want to develop that align with the organisation. Throughout my time I have been heavily invested in through incredible support from the top down. Anna (Managing Director) gives so much to the whole team and has led by example to build on the company, the team, sharing outstanding knowledge along the way. I have always felt valued, heard, and recognised in the business which has been infectious within the overall company culture. Some people may move in and out but the team has had a stable base people that want to have fun, celebrate wins and be the best alongside each other. This is a motivating environment that has so much fun along the way with Anna putting everything back into the team for company trips, celebrations, days out and the most extravagant benefits.

No downside here, as a junior or experienced employee, opportunities are great
