Expect to be overworked, underpaid, undervalued and berated. No real leadership or infrastructure for personal growth or company growth. This company will not provide you with any team culture, mentoring, realistic expectations of deadlines, or feeling that the work is worth your time. CEO is emotional, a bully, with no understanding of how to treat employees or manage software, and creates an environment of fear. The shared office space is suffocating and everyone walks on eggshells. Technical lead is a pushover who will side with upper management at the expense of employees' well being. Expect to be hounded on the weekends from sunrise to sunset for whatever whim the CEO has, or whatever rolls downhill from the technical lead.
