Pros
The senior staff were friendly and supportive, and they were a welcome sight. I enjoyed working with the majority of clients. I enjoyed the independence of the job.
Cons
The money isn't great for a care and support worker. There is sometimes pressure to take on a bit more work than you can handle which can get very tiring. As it's zero hours contract, you could get breaks in strange times and it's not great when your stuck in your car as there is no point going home.
