Pros
Nothing, The clients are the only reason I have stayed there, they are all lovely.
Cons
Loaded with shifts and hours even when you’ve given your availability, paid pittance for mileage when your doing 50 odd miles a day driving back and forth, don’t get introduced to the clients, expected to know everything. Both co ordinator and office are useless, field care supervisor is the only person who actually cares
