Toxic and uncaring management. On reporting the death of a client managements IMMEDIATE response was a concern for hours and profit lost and not for the life lost. Verbally abuse and overwork their staff. Care managers have rarely met clients. Refused to provide PPE until 3 months into the pandemic, leaving staff to supply their own and even wear bin bags in an attempt to protect their clients.
