Pros
Get to meet lots of nice people on the rounds. Overall nice people to work for. Seemed to be supportive and kind.
Cons
Some gaps in my day left me waiting around quite a bit, sometimes it was the opposite and I couldn't get to visits on time because it took longer to travel to the appointments than expected.
