Pros
Met some amazing people who i remember for the rest of my life. Some of my teammates were amazing people. True loving and caring humans, who wanted the best for everyone they met.
Cons
Some carers lacked training and care. Slow responses from head office. I feel like there should be a more refined employment process, as I was shocked by the attitude, both consistently and in the moment, of some carers and their lack of training (having been there for years) and lack of responsibility. I don't believe many people in Caring-related jobs are paid enough, and sadly that extends to here.
