Pros
I Enjoyed spending time with the service users and giving compassionate care. Good training and interview system. There are some nice staff.
Cons
Too much paper work everything must be documented. Poor response to workers and little communication. If did not drive had to have own business insurance, if cycling was sent on far away callous in a short deadline time
