Shockingly poor management and ownership - Care and Support Worker Caremark Ltd Employee Review

Worst experience of my life working for caremark. I had been happily working for here for almost 2 years, working 50+ hours per week. However I have not had any work offered to me since November 2024 and the organisation have been unable to provide me with an explanation for the lack of work offered. After 3 months of desperately seeking answers and trying to understand the situation, I have now been advised directly by one of the owners of Caremark that the only reason they need to provide me is the fact that I am on a 0 hour contract and therefore they dont have to offer me any work. Based on this information I have now sadly resigned.
