Pros

- Starting salary is high - Free lunch, snacks and coffee - Very flexible working hours (work-life balance) - Good office location - A lot of bonding activities every year

Cons

- No consistent career or mgmt talks with employees - No annual salary review (after 2 years, employees hope for an adjustment, considering inflation, etc.) - Too technology/development-focused (not everything can be solved with a developer's mindset/skill) - Roadmap and project schedules are unclear - Not a lot of training available for non-technical development

Pros

- Flexible time - the " corework hours" depends on the agreement within your team, but normally people can come in even at 12pm. Approval for holidays is also dependent on your team lead, and usually, unless the team is very busy, it's easy to file for holidays even a week from the date - Free lunch and snacks - the free lunch is really helpful if you're living by yourself - Amazing programmers - CareSharing's developers are really good in their respective fields. Working with CareSharing is a great opportunity to work with and learn from them. - Bosses and senior devs are approachable - they're very open and don't have that aura where you feel like you can't talk to them. The senior devs are very helpful if/when you have programming questions. - High salary

Cons

Right now, the company has no dedicated HR personnel, so it's sometimes hard to figure out who to approach when you have an HR-specific problem.
