Health benefits are decent, and Carestream seems to not try to pinch pennies to pay for great people. I have many coworkers that have been there more than 20 years!

Carestream doesn’t put much of an effort towards individual employee growth, professionally or mentally). It is often difficult to feel like part of a team, as everyone is secluded working from home. Decisions are made from the top down (with little or no collaboration with middle management and other senior employees), and usually in the form of a fire drill and a result of financial focus.
