Very motivated nursing staff, only wanting the best for their clients.
Cons
No money, with that hardly anything for employees to gain, besides their base salary. It felt a bit that they were left out to dry. No fun things to do with each other either because of that (only if you would pay for it yourself) Very high work pressure
