Friendly pilots I cannot find at least 5 good words in pros

Dispatch pressure, long hours, the lowest pay in the industry (29500 first officer, 44000 for captains). Some weeks sent away from home for 5 days for 3 hours flight. No flexibility on duty time. Copilots do back seat on positioning flight as positioning flights are used to "train" Chinese students. Airplanes are old and management prefer to pay expensive paint jobs instead of having good maintenance work. Very high turn over, even for the aviation industry.

bad management treat you like slaves to try to fix or hide their incompetence even though you are contract worker, if you say no they campaign against you to other staff and give you less work or the bad students and wont promote you. you pay for your own check rides and get no details on paychecks with a lot of mistakes.
