A very toxic workplace and they have favourites. There's a lot of office gossip and people are always snitching and creating lies. They always check what you do. Even when you want to go to the bathroom they are going to count the minutes you have been gone for.

Nothing to add here as pros aren't there

The organization is sold as "corporate" however it is not. Management needs to ubdergo courses on being leaders as they are not. Favouritism and overlooking errors of the favourites whilst the hardworking employees that are not liked are never properly recognized or rewarded. There is a huge pay and perks difference between the employees even though day to day tasks are the same. Huge staff turnover amongst the branches. All about the profits and not their employees. It was the worst office in terms of company culture and very somber looking colleagues.
