Leadership creates a demoralizing work environment. Condescension is the default communication style including public shaming for mistakes.
Feedback is rarely constructive and often feels petty. Leaders regularly belittle annd undermine employees.
Morale is low, and turnover is high for a reason.
Senior “leaders” seem more interested in control and optics than in actually leading, supporting, or developing their teams.
