The training is an introduction to freight brokerage and then you learn on the job. CEF pays a good salary and offers a good commission plan that allows you to earn while you learn. There are people who work here for only a year with no previous experience and are already on their way to making $70k with an eye to over a $100K+ before the end of their second year. Diversity is a strength of CEF and there are all kinds of people from many backgrounds and other industries who have and are becoming successful at CEF.
