Pros

- Ability to work on new technologies - Dynamic, fast paced and challenging work environment. - CEO works hard to run the company despite having a disadvantage of never been to school. - All applications are custom coded and never hesitates using beta technologies. - Company strictly enforces best practices of AntiPattern programming. - Micromanagement is the core principle observed.

Cons

- Poor organizational structured company - Unrealistic expectations from employees - Offshore team in Armenia which is working on low hourly rate with very little knowledge of technology and process. Company invites random employees to visit NY office and forces them to stay in illegal apartments located in the basement of the NY office. - Clients get kickbacks on a constant bases, especially during contract renewal times. - Code for the application is a disaster due to patch after patch. This results in a disaster on every release and management always blame the employees. - Company believes the application should be tested after going live. - SDLC is unheard of. - Company will fire you without any probable cause, can use your personal info against you, can withhold or never pay your dues.

Pros

Good place to work for .Net developers. Very good stuff , especially the professional developer's team. There are always best solutions for customers using up to date technologies and proven techniques.

Cons

Working from outside the US and doing outsourcing for employers is profitable. But for developer it is more cons than pros

Pros

The only benefit is that the office location is in Long Island so commute wise for employees living in that locality is good.

Cons

I have never ever seen such a poor organizational structured company, dramatic management, its a pop an mom company. No matter how much of experience you have the decision is decided by the CEO and the Product Manager. They have offshore team in Armenia which sucks, brings people from there and try to make them work with employees in NY office and nothing works out! Many people came for interviews for different positions in IT and Accounting, receptionist, etc. All just come for the interview and never return. The office is a very small company and there is no designated job for the employees. You will be asked to do stuff outside your profession. Its never a white collar treatment the management gives. They will ask you to work late night and if some project doesn't turn out good they just fire you!! No stability for your job! Initially they will be very friendly but after couple of months they will start showing their original color. Even offered a huge salary, my personal opinion is work for some other company there are a lot of good company and good talented people out in the market.
