Pros
multiple shift times available always
Cons
Management is abusive, verbally. When something does not go their way, they begin to threaten employees with "write ups", "suspensions", or "demotion". Supervisors and Managers have been hired to walk or drive around the sort facility and ramp all night and do absolutely nothing but stare at people. We will be so behind on builds for the night, and there's management just walking around without a care in the world. I doubt the CEO has any idea they do this, cause at the end of the day, he's the one losing money with delays and constant short staffing. You can be the hardest working individual around, and it means nothing. You have to be buddy buddy with management to be even considered for a higher position.
