Good place to work - Manager Cari-Med Employee Review

For my job, if you do the bare minimum, you can go home by 4:30 daily (for me at least).

- Senior leadership don't like constructive criticism -People like flashy behaviour, as it is amusing. The general population don't have a social life; they pretend to like their sad existence due to the company's 'image'. -They are stuck in the archaic mentality that you have to 'work' 50+ hours to be seen as employee of the quarter. -They will have you train their 'star' employee but not give you the needed recognition for a promotion. -They keep company 'parties' on the weekend. Tf! -They do NOT have/are stingy with providing a means for parents to pick up and drop off their children in the afternoons from school. -Nepotism is very transparent here. the talent is very... (blows raspberry). -Senior, mainly female management, do NOT take constructive criticism -A 'livable' wage in modern Jamaica... I think not -A handful of the managers do not like to do their jobs, and pawn it off on the lower workers

Warm environment, can grow and develop a career.
