Rude and incompetent management - Anonymous employee Carisk Partners Employee Review

Constant nepotism. Worked there for years and even after perfect performance reviews, I never got a raise. The only people who get bonuses are the higher-ups or family-related and they all barely work. Also, the WORST benefits. It’s sad that an insurance company provides its employees with the worst health, vision, and dental options. Lastly, the head of HR doesn’t even have an HR degree. The entire company is a joke
